You are welcome. - De nada. (it was nothing)
Come in / Go ahead. = Pase.
Come forward. = Adelante.
Go. = Ándale.
Yes. - Sí.
No. - No.
Help! - socorro!
What a pity/shame. - Qué lástima!
I do not understand. - Yo no comprendo.
Would you speak slower, please. - Por favor, habla mas despacio.
Questions
You will notice that in written Spanish questions start with an upside down question mark. When spoken there is no difference in Spanish (than in English) with the way your voice accents a question.
How much does it cost? - ¿Cuánto cuesta?
How many are there? - ¿Cuántos hay?
There are many. - Hay muchos. (muchos can be replaced with a number here.)
Will you buy this? - ¿Quiere comprarlo usted?
What time is it? - ¿Qué hora es?
Who? - ¿Quién?
Why? - ¿Por qué?
What? - ¿Qué?
Where? - ¿Dónde?
When? - ¿Cuándo?
How? - ¿Cómo?
How much? - ¿Cuánto/a?
How many? - ¿Cuántos/as?
Excuse me, can you help me please? - Perdone, puede ayudarme por favor?
Thanks for your help. - Gracias, por su ayuda.
