3. Will sales tax be added to my order?
No sales tax will be added to your order unless you live in the state of Utah. If you do happen to live in Utah the standard state sales tax rate of 6.6% will automatically be added to your order.
Sales tax is added if you live in Utah because our company is also based in Utah (Ogden) and the state requires us to charge sales tax even though the order is placed online.
4. How long will it take my order to arrive?
If you choose the standard shipping option and live in the US you can expect to receive your course with 5-7 business days. If you happen to live in a state close to Utah, you can expect an even quicker shipping time usually from 3-4 days. U.S. orders can upgrade the shipping to 2-day shipping for only $10.
If you live in Canada, you can expect 3 to 5 weeks with standard shipping. Canadian orders can upgrade the shipping to Express 2 to 5 day service for an extra $30.
For all other International orders the standard option will take anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on where you live. You can also upgrade the shipping on your order to Express 2 to 5 day service for an extra $35.
5. I live outside the US. Will there be any extra duties and/or taxes on my order?
It depends on your country. Each country has their own custom laws. You will be responsible to pay any duties and/or taxes charged according to your country's import policy.
6. Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?
Yes. We do accept check and money orders. If you'd like to pay using one of these options, you can either get an order form here or make it out to the U.S. Institute of Languages® and send it to us. Please make sure that the money order is made out in US Dollars. We also do not accept International personal checks.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send out your course. Be sure to include the product you are interested in ordering and the address where you would like it shipped. If you have a checking account from a bank or credit union located inside the United States, you can speed up your order by submitting it online. You will find the E-check form right on the final order page. To complete the form, you will need your Bank Name, Name on Account, Account Number, Routing/Transit Number and Check Number.
7. Has my order been sent?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
8. How will my package be sent?
Depending on what you order, most orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. If a tracking number is available for your package, it will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of the shipment date.
9. Do I have to be home to receive my package?
No, if the DHL driver feels comfortable leaving the package on your door step, he or she will. If for any reason the driver does not feel comfortable leaving your package, like if you live in a busy apartment complex, DHL will contact you to set up a time when you will be home so the delivery can be made.
10. What if I am not happy with the course after I receive it?
If you are not happy with the course after you receive it, you do have a 30-day money-back guarantee. That gives you 30-days to try out the course and make sure it is right for you. If after that time you are not happy with the course you can follow our return policy to receive a full refund.
To comply with the return policy you must not open more than 2 CDs, call us and get assigned a RMA number and return all the items you originally received in the package.
